We embrace a holistic therapeutic approach that integrates various modalities to cater to the unique needs of our clients. Through Narrative Therapy, individuals are empowered to reframe their personal narratives and discover new perspectives. Emotionally Focused Therapy fosters strong emotional connections within relationships, while Attachment Therapy aids in understanding and healing from early attachment wounds. Experiential Therapy allows clients to engage with emotions through hands-on activities. Affirmative Therapy celebrates and validates each individual's identity. Family Systems Therapy helps navigate complex relational dynamics. Trauma-Informed Therapy provides a secure environment for processing and healing from past traumas. Our comprehensive and integrated approach ensures that each client receives personalized and effective treatment tailored to their specific needs.

ABOUT THERAPISTS

Dr. Kelsey Kathleen Harrold, PsyD, LMFT 123211 (She/Her)

Meet Kelsey, a licensed marriage and family therapist recognized by the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California. Holding an MS from Loma Linda University and a PsyD from Alliant International University, Kelsey delved into exploring the dynamics of relationships with her dissertation titled "Is It Going To End In Joy Or Heartbreak?: Examining Monogamous Relational Therapist Experiences When Working with Consensual Non-Monogamous Clients" (Harrold, 2022).


Kelsey's passion for therapy is deeply rooted in fostering healthy and fulfilling romantic relationships, while also guiding clients through the profound journey of inner child healing. With a client-centered and collaborative approach, Kelsey creates a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth. Drawing from her experience in marriage and family therapy, she specializes in addressing the unique dynamics of romantic partnerships, helping couples and partners navigate challenges, strengthen bonds, and cultivate deeper intimacy. Additionally, Kelsey is dedicated to facilitating inner child healing, guiding clients towards understanding and healing past wounds, fostering self-compassion, and promoting personal growth. Whether working with individuals, couples, partners or families, Kelsey's commitment to holistic healing and transformation shines through in her practice, empowering clients to cultivate healthier relationships and embrace their inner selves with compassion and resilience.


Outside of her work with clients, Kelsey serves as Teaching Faculty at Antioch University, Los Angeles Campus, where she contributes to the Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology Program, guiding future therapists. In her leisure time, she finds joy in gardening, cooking, and cherishing moments with her spouse and husky at home.
